Dr. Sarah Chang

Therapeutic Optometrist, Optometrist Glaucoma Specialist

Dr. Chang grew up most of her life as a Houstonian but was born in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She went on to receive her Doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Chang practices full scope of primary care optometry, including comprehensive eye exams for eyeglasses and contact lenses, medical eye examinations for diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and eye emergencies. She also co-manages with ophthalmologists for ocular procedures such as LASIK, PRK, corneal cross-linking, and cataract surgery.

Dr. Chang loves to travel and enjoys Broadway musicals with her husband and young son. She also has a small fur baby Shih-Tzu dog named Mullins.
